Instruction bundle only: modern Python project workflow and nine references with complete templates. Install and verify uv, Ruff, ty, pytest and optional tools separately for the project runtime. Claude plugin PATH hooks are not bundled or activated. Existing project migrations require review of supported Python versions, packaging metadata and tests. No AI client or tooling runtime has been evaluated for this resource.
