Catalog packaging changes
Two broken relative links in references/retrieving_metrics.md now point to the corresponding official Trackio documents at a pinned Git commit. No command examples or task instructions were changed. The linked documents are external and are not bundled in this archive. The source skill and documentation commits may differ; this package has not been runtime-tested for version compatibility.
